underwhelming stay, surprisingly

dirty room rigid staff

The room was supposed to be pristine, but housekeeping missed some spots. dust bunnies lurked in the corners. also, the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit too by-the-book. it seemed like they followed procedures instead of anticipating needs. I was expecting a bit more flexibility. honestly, i prefer places that feel less rigid.
